Revival of tax regulations

The possibility for 215,000 State debtors to rejoin the arrangements they lost is provided by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance and the tax administration, as long as they hurry up to April 29 to pay all the outstanding overdue installments of the arrangements.

According to the provision, the measure concerns arrangements of 72, 100, 120 installments or the fixed arrangement of 24 or 48 installments, which have not been lost by an act of the head of the DOU, but are in a "grey zone", as they are neither active but nor have they closed definitively.

Debtors can be reinstated if:
• Their settings have not been deleted from their accounts on the AADE digital portal, but remain "frozen" in the system and their payment code is valid,
• Pay by 29/04 all the monthly installments left unpaid and overdue.
