Arrangement of loans with a Greek State guarantee in 120 installments

The possibility to join the 120 installments arrangement is provided by the Ministry of Finance to companies and natural persons who had received loans with the guarantee of the Greek State until 2012, but were unable to service their debts, during the period from October 8, 2019 until February 1, 2023.
Specifically - and as it appears from the provision - these are debts arising from business loans and loans of natural persons that were given up to 2012 with a guarantee guarantee from the Greek State or the Hellenic Development Bank (Former National Fund for Entrepreneurship and Development S.A.) or the Guarantee Fund for Small and Very Small Enterprises S.A. (TEMPME) and have become overdue to the banks by February 1, 2023, as stated in the banks' deposit request for the tax services.
With this regulation, the above borrowers have until August 1, 2023 to submit an application in order to settle their overdue debts in up to 120 monthly installments.
